As an attorney and strategist I love my brain and what it could do for me. So much so I didn’t realize my identity had become intricately linked to it, that is until I temporarily lost the use of it. In 2016, I suffered a serious concussion and, in the process of recovery, discovered who I truly was and meant to become.

Before I could experiences the essence fo who I truly am, who we all truly are,  finding my true self and learn to live from  that place and share the process with you, I had to be ready to explore deeper questions, the most challenging of which were “Without my brain, who was I? Who could I be and, could I even be?”

The concept of "layers" is a common thread that unites all of us. We all have layers;  early mental constructs, past relationships, limiting beliefs and existing fears. These layers affect how we are currently showing up and experiencing our life, and disconnect us from our true essence and who and what we know we are meant to be and do.

No More Layers is a unique approach, offering personal and professional strategies, brain hacks, helping define your unique blueprint, and understanding who you truly are, to get you to where you want to be. In my work with my clients, we uncover, explore and dissolve layers, clearing the way for positive shift, awareness, empowerment, alignment and success. As my client, you get to evolve into the empowered and conscious leader of your own life.
