As an attorney and strategist I love my brain and what it could do. So much so I didn’t realize my identity had become intricately linked to it, that is until I temporarily lost the use of my brain in 2016, following a serious concussion. In the process of my own recovery, came a profound discovery. One that led me to explore deeper questions, the most challenging of which were “Without my brain, who was I? Who could I be?” 

Before I could access this inner knowing, reconnect with my true self and share the process with you, I had to be ready to explore the deeper question, “If I’m not my brain, then who am I?”
